Punctuality

As a courtesy to other clients, therapies must conclude at their scheduled finishing time. If you arrive late for your appointment, it is most likely that we will not be able to extend your appointment beyond the time you have chosen to schedule with us. We encourage all of our clients to arrive 10 to 15 minutes in advance. Have a nice cup of warm herbal tea or a refreshing glass of cold water in our lounge area and enjoy an unhurried transition into the treatment.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes it is necessary to re-schedule appointments. Therefore, please give us at least 24 hours notice prior to cancelling and we will gladly reschedule your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours notice will incur 50% charge of your scheduled service(s). “No shows” will result in 100% charge for services booked. We regret for any inconvenience this may cause.
